Welcome to Scoil Samhthann Primary School, based in Ballinalee in Co.Longford. We are a rural co-educational primary school with classes from Junior Infants to 6th class. We also have 1 specialised class for pupils with autism.

Here in Scoil Samhthann, we pride ourselves in providing a welcoming, caring, nurturing and safe environment in our school. We endeavour to provide a holistic education for all pupils and encourage a positive approach to learning. We are extremely proud of our pupils and are constantly amazed by their abilities and talents. We will strive to ensure that our school is one that will promote a love of learning as well as caring for and welcoming children who attend here for many years to come.
